 Proposition to put the Haitian Judiciary under Supervision: 

RNDDH states its indignation and its deception

 RNDDH was astounded and offended to learn of the United Nations' wishes to place the Haitian judicial system under international supervision.  

In declaring its intentions of recruiting judges from French speaking regions, such as Quebec, France and Africa, to sit in the courts and proclaim decisions along side the Haitian magistrates, the Representative of the UN Secretary General is no longer hiding the international community's objective to establish MINUSTAH as true occupation force.  

These declarations by Mr. Edmond MULET, the new Civil Chief in command of MINUSTAH, blatantly breach the principle of an independent Haitian judicial power consecrated in the Constitution and for which the Haitian people have already conceded much sacrifice.  This is a disgrace to national sovereignty and a threat to social peace in Haiti...
