Human Rights Training Seminar for officers of the Haitian National Police (PNH)

On 30 to 31 August 2006, the National Human Rights Defense Network (RNDDH), engaged in the promotion of human rights, carried out, in liaison with the General Administration of the Haitian National Police (DGPNH), a human rights training seminar for officers of the Haitian National Police in the South-East department.  This module within RNDDH's training program is designed specifically for the administrative police and officers of specialized units in the PNH from the ten (10) departments in the country.  The objective of the training is to contribute to the reinforcement of the theoretical knowledge in human rights of the police officers...
